Konikow Family

I'm sure it's because of the season of life Reece and I are currently in, but I LOVE sessions with toddlers. Toddler sessions are my jam. It is so fun to see their little personalities in action during a shoot. When you give them the freedom to do what they want during a session, it is amazing to witness the world through their eyes. Small things like rocks or ducks are suddenly the most interesting sights and those moments needed to touch-base with mom or dad are the sweetest.

It was so wonderful to catch up with the Konikow family a few weeks ago. I had the honor of photographing them for the holidays last year and it was such a treat to come back after a year and see how much their little girl has grown. Despite the cold weather and brutal wind, this little one was so at ease. I absolutely adored witnessing the love in this family and can't wait to see what the future holds for them.
